  • Assistant Teacher (UPS): Graduation (or) B. Ed./ D. Ed (or) 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or) B. Ed and mus pass in Assam UPS/ TET
  • Science Teacher (UPS): B. Sc. and must complete a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or) B. Ed./ D. Ed and mus pass in Assam UPS/ TET
  • Assamese Language Teacher (UPS): Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or) B.Ed./ D.Ed. and passed in Assam UPS / TET
  • Manipuri Language Teacher (UPS): Graduation in Manipuri as one subject and must complete 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or ) D.Ed/ B.Ed and must pass in Assam TET for UPS
