The High Court stands on South bank of the River Musi, this is one of the finest buildings in the city
built-in red and white stone in Saracenic style, with the chief engineer Nawab Khan Bahadur Mirza Akbar Baig, Ruined the Qutub Shahi Palaces namely Hina Mahal and Nadi Mahal digged off for the foundation of High Court. The High Court Looks Beautiful from the Naya pul Bridge Sunset which gives it more attraction, which was set up as High Court of Hyderabad and the as a Princely State of Hyderabad Deccan and again given the name as High Court of Andhra Pradesh again got a name as High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad under the State Reorganisation Act in 1956 November 5th.

Total seats in Hyderabad were sanctioned to 24 judges, in 2018 President issued an order for the bifurcating High Court of Judicature for both state Telangana and  Andhra Pradesh, principal seats at Hyderabad and with the principal seats at Amaravati Respectively.

From January 2019 the bifurcation separation took place and got the effect of high court separation for the states  Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh. But in past 2014 it was common High Court for both the States until 1st January 2019, A separate High Court was established for Andhra Pradesh named as Andhra Pradesh High Court, this act took place on 1st January 2019.
